The parameters used in the simulation of the MID clusters have been updated s.t. the cluster-size distributions from the simulation matches the Run 3 data better. The updated parameters were obtained by performing a fit to the Run 3 data (proton-proton data at 13.6 TeV).

Hi @comrademarvin ,
I let more expert people (@lmassacr , @dstocco ) approve the PR. Just a quick comment though: I noticed that the first parameter (params.setParB(0, 0, xxx)) is missing. I did not check the others, but I think it would help to keep the sorting of the parameters per plane and half-chamber.

You are right, it is missing. I seem to have missed it when copy+pasting the parameters, will fix now. For clarity, I will split it per plane and half-chamber as suggested. Thanks for the feedback.
