DhaaraVani (धारावाणी - "Voice of Law") is a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) assistant that makes India's new Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 accessible to 1.4 billion citizens. It processes 397 legal sections through semantic search, generates contextual legal education in English or Hindi, and supports voice input to bridge literacy gaps for 287 million illiterate Indians.
