Xcode now hangs; SDKs are "status unavailable"
My development work is paused as Xcode is now non-functional on my Macs. Loading any project into Xcode soon leads to a hang and Force Quit. The SDKs are listed as "status unavailable". No Simulators are available. I've tried previous versions of Xcode; removing everything and re-installing; installation from the Store and direct from the Apple Developer site. I've created a Feedback issue. This happens on both of my Mac minis. I'm running Tahoe 26.4 (25E246) on both.

Payment for Developer Program completed but account inactive - Case ID: 102868232846
Hi everyone I’m looking for some help regarding my enrollment. I paid for the Apple Developer Program on April 10th and the funds were fully deducted from my bank account on April 13th. However, my account status has not updated and still shows "Enroll Now" or "Enrollment in progress." I have already contacted support multiple times, but my case hasn't been resolved yet. Case ID: 102868232846 Does anyone know how to speed this up, or can a moderator please look into this? It has been over 10 days and I urgently need to start working on my app distribution. Thanks!

Paid for Apple Developer Program, but enrollment is still not active
I paid for the Apple Developer Program last Friday, and the money was already taken from my bank account. I also received the invoice. However, my enrollment is still not active, and the website still shows “Enroll Now.” It says it should take up to two business days, but I still have no update. I also contacted Apple Support by email and by phone, but so far I have not received any answer. Payment Taken, No Response for 23 Days – What Is Going On with My Apple Developer Enrollment?
Hello, I’m posting here as a last resort because this situation is becoming extremely concerning. I applied for the Apple Developer Program on April 1st, and the $99 payment was successfully charged immediately. I was told I would receive a response within 2 business days. It has now been 23 days, and I have received absolutely no communication from Apple—no confirmation, no update, nothing. I have already: Sent multiple emails to Apple Developer Support Waited far beyond the promised timeframe But there has been complete silence. To make things worse, I am located in a country where phone support is not available, so I have no way to escalate this directly. At this point, I’m struggling to understand what’s happening: Apple has taken my payment My developer account is still not active There is no response from support This feels extremely unprofessional and honestly raises serious concerns about how this process is being handled. If there is an issue with my enrollment, why has there been no communication at all? And if not, why is my payment being held without any progress? I would really appreciate if someone from Apple could look into this urgently or advise on what steps I can take next. Right now, I feel completely scammed with no visibility into what’s going on.

Xcode Command Line Tools update not wanted, but persists
I am running Tahoe 26.4.1 on a MacBook Air, M4, 2025. In System Settings, I have an item heading of Software Update Available. Clicking on that brings up "Command Line Tools for Xcode 26.4". The only available choices are to Update Now or Cancel. In the past, I was developing a game, but have quit working on that, and deleted Xcode and Command Line Tools. Wanting the "Command Line Tools ..." line to disappear from System Settings, I called Apple Support, and at their request have followed the steps in "https://developer.apple.com/documentation/xcode/installing-the-command-line-tools" to delete this entry in System Settings, namely the 2 sudo's in that article under the section "Uninstall the command line tools". This did not cause the "Command Line Tools for Xcode 26.4" line in System Settings to disappear (as I was told by Apple support that it would, because I would be deleting the receipt). In Terminal, I did indeed receive a response of "No receipt for 'com.apple.dt.commandlinetools' found at '/'.". I have called developer support, but the individual I spoke with had no useful guidance on how to finish this issue, except to post to the Forum. I would appreciate any guidance on how to delete the "Command Line Tools ..." entry from System Settings.

I'm requesting help with Xcode debugging.
Hello everyone. I need help! I'm using Xcode solely to create an archive of a mobile application created with WinDev Mobile. When everything is working correctly, I simply retrieve the application's generated version from WinDev Mobile, launch the archive creation process, and add a new version to TestFlight! Then I can test the application on the iPhone. The current problem is that the application crashes, without any error message, in a specific use case. Hoping to get some help with this crash, I had the idea to test the application using Xcode. Once launched, a crash occurs if I follow the same process. There's an error message, which I'll paste below. What does this error mean? How can I relate it to my WinDev Mobile code? Have a good day.

Certificate Error - Building a program for iOS for iPhone fails
Dear all, I am not able to transfer a programm to my iPhone 17, i get a certificate issue. Although i followed the general steps. If I was guided to this forum by the german apple support. Before in macOS Sonoma, with iOS 16 and iPhone 8 i have been able building programs for the iPhone. The Simulator has still no issues and works fine. Problem/Error: Certificate installation failed Installing a certificate in the keychain failed (Error Domain=DVTSecErrorDomain Code=-25295 "The specified keychain is not a valid keychain file." UserInfo={NSLocalisedDescription=The specified keychain is not a valid keychain file.}) No profiles for '-.delme2' were found Xcode couldn't find any iOS App Development provisioning profiles matching '-.delme2'. Furthermore, when I try to download a certificate myself via (https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/) I get the error: Unable to find a team with the given Team ID 'XXXXXXXCENSORED' to which you belong. Please contact Apple Developer Program Support. https://developer.apple.com/support In XCode I continue to receive the following information: So no programs can be transferred to my mobile phone. Objective: How do I get the reported errors resolved to transfer programs to my mobile phone?

Does your Canvas in Xcode crash all the time due to AXRemoteElement-BackgroundFetch?
Hi everyone, yesterday I updated my macOS and Xcode to the latest versions and today I have the strangest thing: Canvas is always crashing whenever I click it, in any and all my Projects. The full Simulator works just fine; only the Preview Canvas crashes. All the crash reports say it's because of AXRemoteElement-BackgroundFetch, and ChatGPT says it's not because of my code. Problems with Apple Developer Program activation after payment?
Hi everyone, I wanted to ask if anyone here has experienced a similar issue with the Apple Developer Program enrollment. I completed and paid for the “Program Enrollment” a week ago (April 2, 2026), and I also received the invoice on Monday. However, my account is still not activated as a developer. I keep seeing the message: “Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now. Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process.” Also, when I go to the enrollment page, it still asks me to complete the payment again. I’ve already contacted Apple Developer Support but haven’t received any response so far. Has anyone had this problem before? How long did it take for your account to get activated? Thanks in advance!

Developer Program payment never processed, support does not reply
Hi everyone, I am an iOS developer from Ecuador and I am writing to ask if there's any way to fix my issue. After some initial struggling with my phone number not being able to receive Apple verification messages, I was able to register an Apple ID and use that Apple ID to enroll into the Apple Developer Program. Currently, I am stuck at the step of paying the subscription fee. When I try to pay for the 99$ enrollment fee, I receive an "Order Acknowledgement" e-mail from Apple but the payment is never processed. I have tried with multiple debit cards: 2 times with my main crypto debit card emitted from a Hong Kong bank 1 time with a debit card emitted from a local Ecuadorian bank 1 time with a debit card emitted from a US bank In all these cases the result is the same: the same order acknowledgement e-mail but nothing more happens. I even tried asking the support via e-mail (the only method that is supported in my country), but no one replies. Does anyone have any tip on how to overcome this situation?

Distributing In House Apps via my OWN website
Good morning. I have an APPLE DEVELOPER ACCOUNT. I am inquiring about Distributing In House Apps using my own website. All the links so far do not help. They all seem to be relevant to the Apple Store and not In House apps. I have my apps ready for evaluation. I understand you need to evaluate them. I want to apply for a certificate that will allow me to put the apps on my OWN website and have users download these and install to their Apple devices. So far I have been testing using own devices but every build I create does NOT create a manifest file. They do work but obviously I need a manifest for the website. I assume a relevant certificate would provide that. Can you please let me know of any and all information that applies on how to apply for an In House Distribution Certificate and how and where I should upload my apps for evaluation. Hello, My Enrollment ID: QMVVD74WMY I submitted application 9 business days ago. However, the status remains ‘Pending’ ‘Your enrollment is being processed’ and I have not received any further instructions or payment link. This delay is significantly impacting our project timeline and business launch in Europe. I have tried to contact support via phone and emails without success. Xcode 26.4 rc
Since 26.4 beta 3 I've been having errors after a few hours of using Claude Agent. I get an error stating that I am not authed. If I go into Xcode settings, it still shows I am signed into Claude Agent. I have click sign out and then go through the whole auth process again to start using the agent again. This is on two separate computers. Is there anything I can do to stop this behaviour and stay logged in for longer? It worked fine in 26.3.

Membership renewal not reflected
Our Apple Developer Program membership renewal is facing an issue from Apple’s side. The membership section shows that the annual fee is marked as "waived", but the developer portal still shows that our membership has expired. Even after multiple follow-ups with Apple support, the issue has not been resolved. Additionally, our apps have become unavailable on the App Store due to this issue. These applications are used for public service delivery / judicial stakeholders, and the outage is affecting users. This is a critical issue for us, and we would appreciate guidance or escalation support from Apple staff/community moderators.

After some initial struggling with my phone number not being able to receive Apple verification messages, I was able to register an Apple ID and use that Apple ID to enroll into the Apple Developer Program. Currently, I am stuck at the step of paying the subscription fee. When I try to pay for the 99$ enrollment fee, I receive an "Order Acknowledgement" e-mail from Apple but the payment is never processed. I have tried with multiple debit cards: 2 times with my main crypto debit card emitted from a Hong Kong bank 1 time with a debit card emitted from a local Ecuadorian bank 1 time with a debit card emitted from a US bank In all these cases the result is the same: the same order acknowledgement e-mail but nothing more happens. I even tried asking the support via e-mail (the only method that is supported in my country), but no one replies. Does anyone have any tip on how to overcome this situation?

Distributing In House Apps via my OWN website
Good morning. I have an APPLE DEVELOPER ACCOUNT. I am inquiring about Distributing In House Apps using my own website. All the links so far do not help. They all seem to be relevant to the Apple Store and not In House apps. I have my apps ready for evaluation. I understand you need to evaluate them. I want to apply for a certificate that will allow me to put the apps on my OWN website and have users download these and install to their Apple devices. So far I have been testing using own devices but every build I create does NOT create a manifest file. They do work but obviously I need a manifest for the website. I assume a relevant certificate would provide that. Can you please let me know of any and all information that applies on how to apply for an In House Distribution Certificate and how and where I should upload my apps for evaluation. Enrollment Pending for 9 Business Days-Request for Update!
Hello, My Enrollment ID: QMVVD74WMY I submitted application 9 business days ago. However, the status remains ‘Pending’ ‘Your enrollment is being processed’ and I have not received any further instructions or payment link. This delay is significantly impacting our project timeline and business launch in Europe. I have tried to contact support via phone and emails without success. Could Apple Developer Enrollment Team escalate this case for me right now please?

Enrollment Issue: Developer Program Membership Payment Not Reflected

On Wednesday, April 15, I completed the payment of $99 for a one-year individual membership. However, five days have passed, and my account status has not yet been updated. Xcode 26.4 rc
Since 26.4 beta 3 I've been having errors after a few hours of using Claude Agent. I get an error stating that I am not authed. If I go into Xcode settings, it still shows I am signed into Claude Agent. I have click sign out and then go through the whole auth process again to start using the agent again. This is on two separate computers. Is there anything I can do to stop this behaviour and stay logged in for longer? It worked fine in 26.3.

Membership renewal not reflected
Our Apple Developer Program membership renewal is facing an issue from Apple’s side. The membership section shows that the annual fee is marked as "waived", but the developer portal still shows that our membership has expired. Even after multiple follow-ups with Apple support, the issue has not been resolved. Additionally, our apps have become unavailable on the App Store due to this issue. These applications are used for public service delivery / judicial stakeholders, and the outage is affecting users. This is a critical issue for us, and we would appreciate guidance or escalation support from Apple staff/community moderators.
