Prospective members may download the app and submit an application. Once submitted, applications are placed in queue and reviewed continually. An applicant's status can change from "waitlisted" to "accepted" at any time.
Once accepted, members have the option to purchase a 1, 6, or 12 month auto-renewing membership and will have full functionality of the entire service while their subscription is active.
Raya's community values – trust, respect, and privacy – are core to the membership experience. Members who act in a manner that is not reflective of these values and other community guidelines may have their accounts suspended or terminated. Similarly, Raya exhibits those values as a company by giving members full control over their visibility within the community at all times and ensuring that personal information is secure and never shared, among other things.
Initial payment is charged via iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase and auto-renewals are charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the applicable period. Auto-renewal may be turned off at any time through iTunes Account Settings. Any subscription cancellation will be effective at the end of the applicable period.

The Raya+ feature is hardly an upgrade on the regular Raya membership, which itself gives you very little - apart from allowing you to be part of a community that exists, but whose members have very little means to communicate with each other. How does one connect with anyone on an app where no one actually knows who wants to connect with them? Even upgrading to the ridiculously expensive Raya+ membership doesn’t allow you to figure who’s interested in you - unless you accidentally come across their profile amidst the randomly collection of profiles offered from far-off parts of the world you would never possibly travel to. The only aim of the creators of Raya, it seems, is to get its users to pay an exorbitant amount in exchange for making dating excruciatingly hard. Relying on serendipity is cute, but have you ever thought about actually facilitating a space where interesting people come to know of each other’s existence instead of keeping them apart?

When the company OnePlus had launched, THEY had introduced this idea of “invite only” purchases and the idea became a big hit, People felt privileged owning a One Plus Mobile Phone. This same technique is being used by these wanna be’s. This app is totally useless, fake profiles, slow & glitchy. Its basically a MARKETING technique used to enhance the audience engagement where as I feel they did not have enough funds to hire staff that could actually assess the previous received applications rather than just putting them on waitlist (Attention-Seeking-Kids). Influencers/Star kids are paid for what? THIS! . This is how you market a product or an app. Regards,

It’s been more than 2 years now I guess I have been waiting for approval and it’s pretty obnoxious why the waitlist goes up to years of wait! All my information is taken !
