HOW WE GET YOU OFF HINGE
When it comes to online dating, people are so busy matching that they’re not actually connecting, in person, where it counts. Hinge is on a mission to change that. So we built an app that’s designed to be deleted. Here’s how:
* We quickly learn your type. You’ll only be introduced to the best people for you.
* We give you a sense of someone’s personality. You’ll get to know potential dates through their unique answers to prompts, as well as information like religion, height, politics, dating intentions, relationship type, and much more.
* We make it easy to start a conversation. Every match begins by someone liking or commenting on a specific part of your profile.
* We want you to feel confident about meeting people in person. Selfie Verification makes it easier for daters on Hinge to ensure that they are who they say they are.
* We ask how your dates are going. After exchanging phone numbers with a Match, we’ll follow up to hear how your date went so we can make better recommendations in the future.
The app is free to use. Members looking to see everyone who likes them or send unlimited likes can upgrade to Hinge+. To access additional features, including enhanced recommendations and priority likes, we offer HingeX.

Platform did it’s job but humans didn’t

It’s all about how your profile is optimised. Your pics your prompts and your conversations. I never used paid version and still I used to get 5-6 matches aper week. Platform did its job well but we humans have become very choosy considering the options we get on a weekly basis. There were multiple instances where a girl to stop chatting or I used to stopping chatting with a particular girl just because I got new matches and the cycle continued. It also overwhelmed me as user with so many choices where conversations mostly were shallow and the person in front would also get multiple matches per day or per week. Cannot blame them as we are now used to doomscrolling and multiple options where we have lost ourselves. Unsure about how will I survive in the relationship game with this scenario. Taking a break from this.

Please know this, I invested my hard earned money to find love, and apple has rejected my refund request, I’ve lost a really huge sum of money because and it was not even my fault, in addition you’re not even willing to tell me what exactly is my fault besides giving me vague answers with regard violation of one or more policies. I’m really sad, and feel helpless, because it was very difficult for me to arrange this kind of money, I trusted your services, and now i lost money, and the faith that I’ll ever find someone. If you’re any humanity left in you don’t make fool of innocent people who actually come with trust and hope to find love. I feel like such a waste and waste of time, because I don’t even know what is my fault that led this action. I must say it has disheartened me immensely. I don’t know if you understand the pain behind this message or not, but it took me three year after a horrible breakup to find courage to date again, and that’s when I trusted your services, and that’s what you give for loyalty and hope to people who look for something genuine and award with a disinterested AI generated response. Please understand people who use your services are mostly vulnerable and innocuous, and for few dating apps because the last hope to have faith in love.I don’t wish bad for anyone.

One of the worst app ever used they banned me for no reason Disappointing and Frustrating Experience I had high hopes for this dating app, but it turned out to be a complete letdown. First, the interface is clunky and confusing, making navigation a chore. It took me forever to figure out how to adjust my preferences, and even then, the settings didn’t seem to make much difference. The matching algorithm is a joke. I was consistently matched with people who had nothing in common with me, despite my detailed profile and preferences. Worse, many profiles seemed inactive or fake, which made me feel like I was wasting my time swiping endlessly. Customer support is almost nonexistent. When I reported suspicious accounts and bugs, I got generic responses that didn’t address my concerns. It feels like the developers don’t care about user feedback at all. To make matters worse, the app constantly pushes you to pay for premium features, but even those don’t offer much value. The “boosts” and “super likes” barely improved visibility, and I felt like I was being scammed into spending more money. Overall, this app feels like a cash grab with little regard for creating genuine connections. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save your time and try a different platform.
