Where does Anki usually store it's database under Windows?

This would be good to know in order to make it easy for AnkiPandas to find the databse automatically.

Issue

Right now, applying Tailwind CSS classes is horrendous, and it'll likely worsen as the project continues. Here's an example of what how the classes are applied from Title.vue:

Great idea for making a portable API for Anki. I saw that you mention Jupyter notebooks. Would it be nice to have cards displayed as an ipywidget?
