Is it possible to convert the JS below to the YAML below?

JS:

{ apostrophes: "It's didn't there's" }

YAML:

apostrophes: "It's didn't there's"

In the YAML, I want to wrap the string in double quotes. The string will contain single quotes (apostrophes).
