While version 2.11.7 [exists](https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/immutables/value-annotations/2.11.7/) on Maven Central, the corresponding tag and release notes are [missing](https://github.com/immutables/immutables/releases) from the GitHub releases overview. Would you mind publishing those? 🙏
