一种基于socket的消息推送服务端，服务端保持与客户端tcp长连接，实现消息的推送或提醒。
目前支持消息模式有两种：1.全员广播；2.特定用户推送
现在还处于开发测试阶段，只能支持单台服务器部署，后期将提供分布式部署方案
