wp-cli.phar seemingly shown as executable's filename even if renamed to something else #5964

Problem

• Resolve intermittent issues finding templates in the phar #5962 fixed an hardcoded assumption that the executable is named wp-cli.phar
• Nevertheless the output of wp --info still mentions wp-cli.phar for WP-CLI vendor dir: and WP-CLI root dir: as was observed in wp theme status <theme-name> throws: Error: Couldn't find theme-status.mustache #5907 (comment)

Goal / Improvement

• Make the output of wp --info also true for a renamed executable.
  • If however that URL scheme phar://wp-cli.phar/vendor/wp-cli/wp-cli anyhow does not correspond to a concrete filename of an executable, but is more of a conventional/conceptional name, then close my proposed fix as irrelevant.
• Better having reported a supposed inconsistency, than not. You decide.
