Subject: [PATCH] Fix bugs: Redis ZUNIONSTORE WEIGHTS, Java version, and
 missing @Transactional

- `analytics`: fixed ZUNIONSTORE command missing WEIGHTS arguments.
- `backend`: changed Java version in `pom.xml` from 25 to 21 for compatibility.
- `backend`: added `@Transactional` annotation to `StreamKeyServiceImpl.regenerate` to allow the modifying query to execute successfully within an active transaction.
