Some resources shouldn't be cached right now, as per element-hq/element-web#8702 (note all of the suggestions from that pull request were applied, because some of them do not seem relevant - no such files) Fixes #98 (Github Issue)

This prevents issues on upgrades with invalid assets being served, such as translation strings which have changed a lot with the v1.0.0 release
