lgtm, although I'm surprised by the package-lock.json update - surely a small CSS change shouldn't be accompanied by a sizeable package-lock.json update?

Regarding package-lock.json... yeah, am happy to remove that (in fact I will). However, it would be good to know what the rule is (that we are going to use), for when package-lock.json should be included, and when it shouldn't. @dbkr Any suggestions for a good rule of thumb? |

This is especially noticeable / needed when widget content is loading, or there is an error (as there is no separator between the widget title content and the main body).
