- Support for group membership panel in RightPanel
- RoomSubList supports injecting extra tiles so we can display group invites too
- Do the dance to support the right panel collapse button in the group view
- CSS for group membership UI
What to TODO said!
So we can put in tiles for group invites & other stuff

well, it was when I wrote the code so it probably ought to stay, but NV should be in there too.
