Description

If you restore a database into a blank database that has no tables then the restore works but when it completes, an open workspace for that database does not show any tables or any sign that the restore has happened.

Steps to Reproduce

Tested with restore into PG 18.0 and MariaDB 8.0

Current Behavior

As above

Expected Behavior

Any workspace for that DB should have refreshed so that the contents restored are immediately visible
