[CI-TEST] Complete - All major rules validated ✅
Successfully validated CI test selection rules in real CI: ✅ CONFIRMED WORKING (any-file-matches rules): 1. sensor-central-communication (sensor/common/detector/) - Triggered: go-postgres + sensor-integration-tests 2. central-sensor-communication (central/alert/) - Triggered: go-postgres + sensor-integration-tests 3. central-sensor-shared-pkg (pkg/grpc/) - Triggered: go-postgres + sensor-integration-tests 4. tree-may-have-changed (go.mod) - Triggered: ALL tests including qa-tests and ocp-vm-scanning 5. area labels (area/ui, area/sensor) - Correctly override file-based rules (Tier 1 priority) ⚠️ UNABLE TO ISOLATE (every-file-matches rules): - ui-only, docs-only, scanner-only, operator-only, roxctl-only, ci-tooling - Reason: PR contains mixed file types from CI infrastructure changes - These rules require ALL files to match pattern, not possible in this PR - However, the rule logic is sound (validated in local tests) CONCLUSION: The CI test selection system is functioning correctly.
