## stackit volume delete

Deletes a volume

### Synopsis

Deletes a volume.
If the volume is still in use, the deletion will fail


```
stackit volume delete VOLUME_ID [flags]
```

### Examples

```
  Delete volume with ID "xxx"
  $ stackit volume delete xxx
```
