Description

@stackit-pipeline has created PRs into WinGet for new versions, but the PRs are faulty in two ways

1. The PR contains multiple versions. In order for the PR to pass the WinGet validation pipelines, each version needs to be submitted as its own PR
2. The account has not signed the CLA. In order for any PR to merge the account needs to comment @microsoft-github-policy-service agree company=stackitcloud or similar on one of its PRs. This should be a one-time action

Actual behavior

PR has multiple versions and the CLA is not signed

Expected behavior

Each PR has a single version, the CLA is signed
