[META] Internationalization & Localization System Overhaul 🌍

This meta issue centralizes all work related to internationalization redesign, translation cleanup, and adding support for new languages.

Why we’re doing this

Our current i18n provider getQuetzal is no longer supported.

What success looks like 🌟

The goal is to replace or rebuild our translation infrastructure so that:

• We can accept community translations
• We can fix translation errors
• We can add new language support easily
• We have a maintainable, long-term i18n strategy

👪 Community Aspect

• Allow contributors to submit corrections
• Accept entirely new language packs
• Provide basic documentation for contributing translations
• Ensure consistency across all languages
• Enable automated validation where possible

🧭 Scope

• The overhaul includes:
• Translation infrastructure replacement
• Language pack restructuring
• Fixing known incorrect translations
• Adding requested new languages
• Cleaning up outdated or duplicate translation issues
• Creating updated contributor docs for translation submissions

🧩 Notes for Contributors

We appreciate everyone who reported translation issues or requested new languages.
Because the translation provider no longer exists and the current system is frozen, individual translation errors cannot be fixed until the new i18n system is in place.
