Sign the new Qt5 based windows nightly builds聽#831
Description
At present, our Windows nightly builds aren't signed. Mostly because I wasn't aware of a way to do it automatically. 馃槈
StartCom support have emailed through some links with information on how it can be done:

It's not urgent, but would be a good thing to get happening.

Nightly builds still aren't signed. It would be nice if they were - every time I download a nightly, first Windows gets in the way, then Norton quarantines it.
You could use a self-signed certificate for this - anyone using a nightly can add it to their trust store.
