[Feature]: Add Uri.decode in list of decodings in tab Browse Data for column #4139

I have a few databases which store a Uri. The Uri's are stored encoded, which makes reading quite difficult.

Would it be possible to add a Uri.decode method to the list of decodings?

Does this feature exist in another product or project? Please provide a link
