Fix obsolete uses of speechbrain.pretrained in documentation #2480

Describe the bug
As described in #2472 the README (and many other .md) mention speechbrain.pretrained, which was replaced by the inference module in 1.0. The docs are outdated.
Expected behaviour
Replace and retest all references to speechbrain.pretrained in documentation.
