There is a conversation and call to create a wakeword dataset that needs input and a neutral perspective to add knowledge and value.

My personal take is that wakeword recorded with noise/reverb of mono audio without metadata is pretty useless and in a sector often lacking resources this will be a lost oportunity and waste of those resources in its current format.
