[bug] GitHub token broken with 3.1.x

Repos no longer clone with the GITHUB_TOKEN. This was added with the bitbucket support, specifically this line.

The clone URL is https://:(token)@github.com/myorg/myrepo (note the extra : character, since there's no username.

Try to add a new repo using a GITHUB_TOKEN and sourcebot v3.1.1.
