lang: searching behaves weird with upper/lower case. #123

When I am searching for "rpm" I'd expect the "RPM Spec" language to show in the search box, but it does not for some reason.
I have to search "RPM" uppercase.

Same goes when searching "toml" instead of "TOML"
I think the search should lower the case before doing matching.
