If we are persecuted by the government, kidnapped, subjected to organ trafficking, killed, or arrested.

• Set up one or more SimpleX numbers for trusted overseas rescue organizations, embassies, or NGO.
• Press the power button multiple times / press the power button + volume button

SimpleX will send my distress message and my GPS location to emergency response departments or NGO in other countries.
Messages will be sent at regular intervals because the GPS location is moving.

• Lock the power button & change the wallpaper.

After triggering SimpleX SOS, replace the lock screen wallpaper with a solid black background to make the persecutor believe the device has been turned off or has run out of battery.

• Other countries can use satellites to record the events occurring at that GPS location.
