#2896 Add Ilyes As Project Lead
Add Ilyes with foto as project lead, as decided in initial project lead sync on 26.5.25. Layout needs to be adjusted. will open a new issue for that. Signed-off-by: Sven Strittmatter <sven.strittmatter@iteratec.com>
