Issue - Connection to HANA DB is failing, leading to deployment failure

This is with reference to the ticket - #22722

As discussed in sync with @renejeglinsky , the solution must be put in the tutorial so the end user faces no issue.

To be exact, it can be mentioned as a troubleshooting or a check solution anywhere before the:
STEP 3
Deploy using cf deploy

Please update the tutorial accordingly.

Issue 2:
After deployment, while accessing the application, we get the below error:
