Tests fail under 3.12 and 3.11 for WASI due to not specifying `--argv0` for wasmtime

### Bug description:

https://github.com/python/cpython/commit/03ab7b44788bfd6b8927e16bcdbd025aa08dce06 causes the test suite to fail as the path to the stdlib isn't calculated correctly anymore.
