I think this used to work in the past but now it doesn't anymore (as of 0.5.0b3.dev88).
When the bandwidth limit is exceeded (FREE account) the files are not put into wait but instead the downloads just fail.
If I try to restar them they still fail.
I need to wait for the MEGA timeout to expire, then restart the downloads and then they will start again.
This used to be handled automatically by pyload. Has something changed from the Mega side that prevents this from working or am I doing something wrong?
