Remove signature from org.eclipse.jdt.core.jar

The signature files, i.e. ECLIPSE_.RSA and ECLIPSE_.SF have been removed. The jdtCompilerAdapter.jar and org.eclipse.jdt.core.jar have same package name but the former is unsigned and the later is signed. This was causing SecurityException in Android mode during the compilation of the apk. Signed-off-by: Umair Khan <omerjerk@gmail.com>
