Summary

The build-in Chrome downloader is unbearably slow at a rate of 10kb only. I tried installing the mini_installer.exe package from https://storage.googleapis.com/chromium-browser-snapshots/index.html?prefix=Win_x64/1603142/ but it can not be recognized by presenton
