  1. Remove multi-file-demo.yml workflow 

    Keeps only pr-comment.yml to replicate a real customer scenario.
multi-file-demo.yml used git-revision syntax (old approach) and
compared multi-file/openapi.yaml which is never changed in simple.yaml
PRs, producing "No API changes detected" noise.
