Populate the originating cancellation token in our OperationCanceledExceptions

Following conversation with @Brar in https://github.com/npgsql/npgsql/pull/3214#discussion_r499574372. I'm not sure to what extent it's required behavior to do this, but it certainly seems we should try to do this.
