Streamlined NodeGui starter project for VSCode #1052

Hi all,
As a test for a future NodeGui project, I've just created this streamlined starter project:
https://github.com/FunctionPoint/nodegui-vscode-starter

It's aimed at users of: NodeGui, VSCode, TypeScript, classes (OO).

BTW I kinda like NodeGui, my previous project was for Electron... ;-)
