using "Branch" object results in "undefined" error => branch.cc missing from binding.gyp? #166

Hi there,

I have tried to use the Branch object from node, but only got "undefined" errors. It seems to me as if this is caused by "branch.cc" missing from the binding.gyp. This is just a guess however, because I have never worked with node modules nor gyp before.
