NR5: Sidebar resize: Node not under mouse when dragging from palette #5880

Current Behavior
When the sidebar has been resized
Expected Behavior
Node is below mouse when dragging into the workspace
Steps To Reproduce
Resize sidebar containing nodes and drag node into workspace.
Example flow
Environment
- Node-RED version: Docker image 5.0.0
- Node.js version:
- npm version:
- Platform/OS: Mac
- Browser: Firefox

@Abhi0229 Add a comment that you are working on this then go ahead. Then others will not start work on it. I see you have asked the same question about multiple issues. Do them one at a time. Each one needs a separate PR.

Not seen a PR for this, so spent a bit of time this morning investigating.
The jQuery draggable component is getting the initial offset wrong. I ahve found a way to visually move the node into the right place, but that then breaks the positioning when trying to drop into a group/splice a wire, and the constraints around where the node can be dragged.
I couldn't find the right combination of things to get it working properly, so didn't get into 5.0.8.
