* docs: minor fix in tcgetpgrp and tcsetpgrp doc comments

mistakes fixed:
* Used GPID instead of PGID in tcgetpgrp comment.
* Used 'Get' instead of 'Set' in tcsetpgrp comment.

* docs: group process id -&gt; process group id
