Discord bot AI interaction logging #56

Discord bot logs nothing when an AI request is made, making it impossible to debug. Example:

Prompt: mi jut eszedbe a tömésről?
Response: Nem tudom
And not a single line in the logs.

AC:

• When there is no response from the AI model, an error should be logged with the prompt and an error message.
