I build the digital connective tissue for global markets.
My career is anchored at the intersection of (API) Infrastructure Strategy, Interoperability, and Regulated Systems. I take an approach to product management as a system engineering challenge: how do we collapse manual, fragmented workflows into high-concurrency, real-time API logic?
- Integration and API strategy for leading global consumer goods company: from mass market to retail
- API design governance for automated solutions following global standards [ISO 20022] for seamless data flow across the World's most critical financial communications network
- Conversion of complex regulatory mandates [PSD2] into scalable technical capabilities
- Procurement and Supply platform for regulated energy and utility sectors
Personal projects to enhance my skills in product management, AI understanding, and AI-assisted development
- π API Architect - Assistant skill to guide user through API design workflow with focus on API capability interview.
- π "Career Catalyst Daily/Career Catalyst OS" - AI assistant "Operating System" performing governed, autonomous role searches and profile gap analysis with optional application/interview prep. Interview Prep includes product proposals for each role.
- π Using a combination of Gemini CLI, Antigravity, Jules, Claude Code for PM work and AI-assisted development
- π€ Looking for my next role after leaving Swift; feedback on any work that appears here

| Project | What It Does | Stack | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| API Architect (https://github.com/munronai/api-architect) | Assistant skill producing OpenAPI Specification from capabilities surfaced through user interview. Basic API style guide applied. | Markdown, Claude Code, Gemini CLI | The capability interview works well and an OpenAPI Specification is generated. Further enhancement needed to bring the spec closer to full OpenAPI Specification conformance. Investigating the use of Vacuum for linting (https://quobix.com/vacuum/) |
| Career Catalyst OS (https://github.com/munronai/career-catalyst-os) | Autonomous AI assistant using skills to perform role searches and profile gap analysis followed by application/interview prep. Simple rule-based governance | Markdown, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, ai-rulez | I use this for my job search and role preparation. There is some work to do on the agentic (i.e. automated) approach. The rules help to limit the AI (e.g. Claude Code's "endless" web searching). The proposal builder generates product documentation for example product directions that fit the role being applied for. These proposals are not to be taken as actual proposals but to trigger thinking and further role research (example: a .NET SDK was proposed for one role. While potentially a sound suggestion, a small amount of questioning and further research revealed a lack of (public) data to back up the proposal. There were simpler options that could have made an impact sooner. |
| Career Catalyst Daily (https://github.com/munronai/career-catalyst-daily) | Assistant skills performing role searches and profile gap analysis with optional application/interview prep. | Markdown, Claude Code, Gemini CLI | This is the base set of skills that powers the Career Catalyst OS. The repo examples directory shows product documentation for proposals. Minor issue with the job search history where roles re-appear because they are found on a different URL. |
| Percentages (https://github.com/munronai/percentages) | Quiz app inspired by "The 1% Club" | Typescript, Next.js, Gemini CLI/Antigravity/Jules | The basics of a single player game using a fixed database of questions is in place. Multiplayer and AI-generated questions are WIP |
| Career Catalyst (https://github.com/munronai/career-catalyst) | A guided workflow to help you tailor your CV, analyze job fit, and prepare for interviews using AI. | Typescript, React, Gemini API | Minor issue with the text that prompts the user to use LinkedIn URLs for role specs. LinkedIn role specs tend to be private. Investigation of API and/or LinkedIn MCP required. |
