FYI we now have a button to support hard refreshing, which clears the cache before refreshing: #19628. It can be used here.

Hi, the new "hard refreshing" feature looks great. However, I cannot find it in the latest version.

As you can see, the neutex env is named as base, which is probably because I have deleted it and recreated it later after that.
All of the refresh button and Python: clear cache ... commands do not work for me.
