Using the suggested command on Win 11 Pro 25H2.

winget configure -f .\windows-dev-config\dev-config.winget --accept-configuration-agreements --disable-interactivity

winget configure is enabled.

I get a loop of elevation prompts for most of the commands eg:

Microsoft.WinGet/Package [Terminal]
The configuration unit failed due to an internal error: -2146233079
The text associated with this error code could not be found.
