Windows: missing dependency install step in README setup flow #72
Description
On a fresh Windows machine, following the README steps leads to failures:
xlings install d2x -y
d2x install d2mcpp
cd d2mcpp
d2x checker → 'xmake' is not recognized
toolchain("gcc"): not found
While .xlings.json declares these dependencies, xlings install in the
project directory does not resolve them (fails with "package not found").
Fix: add explicit install commands for xmake and Mingw-w64 to the README
and usage guide, so Windows users know what to install before running
d2x checker.

按理项目已经配置了 相关的依赖
是不是 因为网络问题 导致包索引没有更新成功

网络没问题（云服务器和window环境都配置了代理），我这里docker开了个新环境复现了下（Ubuntu22.04下也不行），xlings update前和之前情况一样，xlings update之后显示d2x版本过低
之前第一次拉取，按照README的步骤也是不能正常启动，xmake也是手动装的

0.这个缺少环境是 at 'test/d2mcpp', skipping config` 导致跳过了依赖和配置环节. 在项目目录手动运行下面命令就会安装项目的依赖和环境
按理默认环境 默认流程应该是没有问题的, 可以看一下真实问题是那一步发生的
1.环境里好像安装了老版本的d2x工具(0.1.4), 尝试下面命令更新一下 (按理0.1.4版本也是不影响的)

一开始是xlings找不到包，update后解决
然后是因为xmake没装导致d2x checker失败
xlings install了两年半后
export XMAKE_ROOT=y 之后 d2x checker 就可以正常启动（source ~/.bashrc没用，xmake --version error(xlings 装完不会自动加))

主要的原因
目前 xmake 以及 xlings 工具这两个 在linux下 都对root用户体验有点不太好, 可以换成 一般用户试一试
后面我看怎么把 xlings 这个问题优化一下

原来如此，当时想着方便就直接root测了
正确流程：
xlings install d2x -y
cd d2mcpp
xlings update d2x -y
xlings install ---10分钟（新用户）
d2x checker
两个明确的工具链问题
d2x 的包索引需要 xlings update d2x 刷新后才能找到 d2mcpp。这是 d2x 工具链的 bug——首次安装后索引是空的。
.xlings.json 的 workspace 依赖只由 xlings install 解析，d2x install 不管这个。所以即使通过 d2x install d2mcpp 拿到了代码，xmake 和 gcc 也不会自动装。
