[Bug]: The whole page reloads including the editor interface on clicking a multi dropdown element on first click. #2155

Current Behavior

The whole page reloads including the editor interface on clicking a multi dropdown element with menu items which have icons with them. It occurs on first click. In a complicated form, It causes the entered user inputs to vanish!

Expected Behavior

It shouldn't cause the whole application to reload when a user tries to select a menu item.

Steps to reproduce

I have included the application with this issue, please import that into Lowcoder first.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on the open modal button. (a modal will open).
2. Click on the dropdown element not the label.

You will notice that the whole application reloads. Please note that, it happens only on the first click.
