CLOUDSTACK-26 and CLOUDSTACK-47: Removing *.war, *.jar, and deps/awsapi-lib/rampart-lib/*.txt files.
I realize that this might be destructive to the stability of the tree, but these files have to be removed. I tested the build, and it appears to still function without any of these binary files being in the source tree.
