在调用接口 获取三方审批任务状态 时，报错：java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: method GET must not have a request body.

接口地址：https://open.feishu.cn/document/server-docs/approval-v4/external_task/list
按接口文档说明，接口请求 Method 为 Get，并且需要有请求体Body，在使用Postman工具调试时，是可以正常调用。

接口报错原因：SDK限制了Get请求不允许带有Body。
