  1. feat: raise token limit and set temperature=0 for code generation 

    The prompt pipeline shared tutoring defaults (96 tokens, temp 0.2),
which truncated generated exercise.py for non-trivial assignments
and introduced nondeterminism. Patch config per-instance in the
code-generation path only — tutoring defaults are unchanged.
