Current status:
Partial interpreter for SH-4 Partial dissasembler for SH-4 Some work on memory and mapped SH-4 hardware registers
Can load bios, IP.bin (and probably any other unscrambled bin)
Bios can be executed up to pc = A0000042 and IP.bin can run up to where it tries to read AICA register
Make IP.bin to work
