I build products that have to run, usually on a team, on a scoped piece of the system.
That has included cloud vendor and procurement platforms for UN agencies, agrotech, edtech, and payments. This was before the current AI wave. The last few years I still do that work, now with AI in the stack when it earns it, including short-window help when a founder needs to validate or iterate.
I go into an existing team or a new R&D team and stay until we have shipped the agents, the workflows they run, and the servers they live on.
I take that work when the product has to move.
