  1. Wire up 3 of 4 unwired Profiler methods for DataLoader tracking (#4366) 

    The Profiler interface declared dataLoaderUsed, batchLoadedOldStrategy,
and batchLoadedNewStrategy methods that were never called, leaving
ProfilerResult.getDataLoaderLoadInvocations() and getDispatchEvents()
always empty.

- Call profiler.dataLoaderUsed() on each DataLoader load/loadMany
- Call profiler.batchLoadedOldStrategy() per-DataLoader in non-chaining dispatch
- Call profiler.batchLoadedNewStrategy() per-DataLoader in chaining dispatch
- Track DataLoader names through ChainedDLStack for new strategy reporting
- Enable previously-ignored profiler tests for DataLoader tracking
